be who you were meant to be
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
Carl Rogers
Down to earth counselling for when things are difficult
I am a professional counsellor and work in an integrative way, which means I adapt the approach I am using to you.
I use a person-centred focus, helping you to explore issues openly and safely, following your needs and working at your pace.
I am a Registered Member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy).
I provide a supportive, calm and safe environment, and the time and space to express and reflect on your thoughts and feelings, exploring whatever you choose. I work mainly with women, and have worked with a variety of issues, including anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, loss and grief, among others.
Location and fees:
My counselling practice is based in Bishopston, just off the Gloucester Road.
Fees are £50 per 50-minute session (10% discount for students). I also offer a free 30-minute initial consultation.
If you would like to know more please feel free to contact me.
